This project was a former brewery and now Grade II listed.
The property, situated in the tiny village of Cardington, near Church Stretton in Shropshire is so small that in only has one postcode and the village pub (the Royal Oak) is reported to be one of the oldest in Britain.
The homeowner was suffering with high levels of condensation on their old single glazed windows, which was causing mould and damp in the property. Flush heritage casements fitted with vacuum glazing were selected to maximise the performance of the windows and improve the comfort of the occupants.
The client was delighted and noted that the windows had “completely transformed our home”.
